- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Great bank to deal with, customer service is polite, my only complaint is why would a bank charge a monthly fee of $6.00 from your savings account if you do not have a balance of $100.00 in that account. It IS a savings account and a customer is trying to save but if you are not careful you will have a $0.00 balance if you are not aware that $6.00 is being withdrawn by the bank for not having a minimum balance. I did not realize this because I did not do my homework and read the fine print.By Dianna Stuckey, April 20, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Couldn't possibly love this bank more!!!! They are fast, caring, and altogether excellent!! I've moved around the country, and tried other banks in other places, but this is the only bank I don't hate (and actually really truly love). Thanks to their super convent mobile banking app I can now keep Fulton as my bank regardless of what state I'm living in!By Oblina Noir, November 05, 2016
